The Outlaw Smokers controller automatically compensates for outdoor ambient conditions letting you cook year around knowing your Outlaw Smoker will keep the temperature right where you want it! True “set it and forget it” technology.
Our “Cook and Hold” technology works with the optional programmable meat probe to let the controller now when you hit your set internal temperature and will lower the temperature of your Outlaw Smoker to 150 to prevent overcooking. No need to worry about over cooking past your desired temp.
The Outlaw Smokers PID digital controller lets you to set your desired cooking temperature from 150° to 600°.
